The 2020 season at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is lined up to be another spectacular year, full of the highly anticipated regular calendar of events and some new ones that you won’t want to miss! As we dive into our 50th anniversary year, we want to invite you out to experience all of it and see what the buzz is all about!
The five classes of MotoAmerica, including the top-level daring Superbikes, make their return to Michelin Raceway April 17th through 19th. The 43rd annual running of the HSR Mitty, April 24th through 26th, boasts Corvette as the featured marque. Drift Atlanta takes center stage at Michelin Raceway May 8th and 9th and will once again be joined by Global Time Attack for an epic day-into-night show.
The 23rd Annual Motul Petit Le Mans, October 7th through 10th, brings all the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship action back to the rolling hills at Michelin Raceway for the championship battle.
A full slate of additional thrilling events is also in store for you this year, as well as plenty of track days and car clubs for every enthusiast.

Ferrari Racing Days Heads to Michelin Raceway, March 6th through 8th
Ferrari Challenge returns to Michelin Raceway March 6th through 8th for an epic weekend of Prancing Horse racing that you can’t see anywhere else! The Challenge series is joined by F1 Clienti and the FXX Programmes, which feature the high-revving, screaming Ferrari F1 cars and the ultra-exclusive XX cars.
The Ferrari Challenge is a single-make racing series, hosted at six of the most acclaimed circuits in North America, the second stop being Michelin Raceway. Ferrari owners compete using the 488 Challenge, a special racing model derived from the 488 GTB road car.
The two other Corse Clienti related activities are the exclusive XX and F1 Clienti programmes. The XX Programmes use very limited edition cars developed exclusively for the track. They emerged out of the ingenious and idea of involving a group of special customers in the development of the Ferraris of the future, asking them to provide Corse Clienti engineers with information. The enthusiasts who own these cars take part both in the events and in various technical test sessions over the year. They are closely monitored by Ferrari experts and get a chance to meet Maranello’s engineers and professional testers in an environment in keeping with the tradition of the world’s most famous racing team.

The 43rd HSR Mitty at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta Celebrates Corvette
The legendary Chevrolet Corvette will be the featured marque of the 43rd HSR Mitty, the blockbuster vintage and historic race held annually at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
The HSR Mitty at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is in its fifth decade as a must-do vintage and historic auto racing event for race fans and competitors alike. The family-friendly event is expected to draw an entry of more than 300 HSR race cars and competitors and will also feature car corrals, parade laps, tent and RV camping and much more.
Competing on-track for more than 60 years, Corvettes were first raced in competition just a few years after “America’s Sports Car” was introduced in 1953. The first official race was a five-car effort in 1956 in the 12 Hours of Sebring, and a decade later a young team owner named Roger Penske scored the first ever Team Penske victory at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1966 with a GT-class Corvette Stingray.
The racing and winning has been non-stop ever since, and Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is a particularly memorable and successful venue for Corvette. Team Corvette has scored GT class victories eight times in the 20-year history of Motul Petit Le Mans.
