Corey Heim returns to the NASCAR Xfinity Series for Sam Hunt Racing in the Toyota Care 250 at the Richmond Raceway today in Virginia.
The Marietta, Georgia native will pilot the No. 26 GearWrench Tools Toyota Supra in the 187.5 mile contest at the 3/4-mile D-Shaped Oval.
Heim is the current points race leader in the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series, as he looks to take on his fellow Georgians Austin Hill & Chandler Smith, who are ranked No. 1 & No. 2 in the Nascar Xfinity Series points standings.
Heim is running the full season in the Truck Series for Tricon Garage Toyota and will drive six more Xfinity races for Sam Hunt this year with Martinsville, Texas, Iowa, New Hampshire, Nashville and Kansas rounding out his Xfinity Series commitment.
