For 32 years, the NHRA Summit Racing Equipment Southern Nationals has thrilled the Nitro Generation in the Southeast United States and in the process, Atlanta Dragway has become known as “Georgia’s House of Speed.”
In celebration of the year of the Nitro Generation, NHRA is offering a limited number of NHRA Nitro Generation Family Packs for the 32nd annual NHRA Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals, May 4-6. The NHRA Nitro Generation Family Pack offers a great day of fun and racing action for a family of four including two adult and two child reserved seats, preferred parking, four hot dogs, four small Coca-Cola’s and an event program.
The NHRA Nitro Generation Family Packs are available in limited quantities and available for each day of the event with Friday priced at $82 and Saturday or Sunday at $114. The NHRA Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals is the seventh stop on the 23-race NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series and features competition in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle. Defending event champions include some of the biggest names in the sport: Antron Brown (Top Fuel); Jack Beckman (Funny Car); Jason Line (Pro Stock); and LE Tonglet (Pro Stock Motorcycle). The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series also will be in action at the track all three days.
During 2012, NHRA will celebrate Nitro Generation, and pay tribute to the many generations of families – both racers and fans – who have made the sport what it is today. There are many families who throughout many decades have put their time, energy and passion into the pursuit of high performance perfection.
