Strong Start to 2026… Bill McAnally Racing (BMR) and Mason Massey have
opened the 2026 ARCA Menards Series West (AMSW) season with momentum as
the No. 19 NAPA Auto Care Chevrolet SS has been a contender from the
drop of the green flag. Massey battled inside the top-three throughout
the season opener at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway before taking the
lead and pacing the final 31 laps to score the victory in his series
debut. The team followed that performance with a top-five finish in the
ARCA Menards Series combination race with AMSW at Phoenix Raceway,
continuing to show speed against a deep field. Massey hopes to continue
his outstanding start into the third race of the season at Tucson
Speedway, where BMR looks to continue its early season success.

Tucson Track Record… BMR heads to Tucson Speedway with a strong track
record at the 0.375-mile oval and across similar short tracks. The
organization has earned four victories at Tucson, including a sweep of
both series events in 2019. BMR cars have led laps in the last eight
AMSW races at Tucson dating back to 2015. The No. 19 NAPA Auto Care team
led 15 laps and finished third in the race last season and aim to return
to victory lane with Massey at the helm.

Flat Track Success… Massey will debut the blue and yellow NAPA Auto
Care colors on board the No. 19 Chevrolet in the brand’s 36th season
with BMR. The NAPA Auto Care scheme, which appeared on teammate Hailie
Deegan’s BMR entry in the opening events at Kern Raceway and Phoenix
Raceway, will transition to the No. 19 Chevrolet SS this weekend. The
NAPA brand has made it to victory lane in all four of BMR’s previous
Tucson wins.  Massey looks to deliver a solid result in his first start
with NAPA Auto Care, and Tucson’s flat, low-grip layout could play to
his strengths, as two of his best NASCAR Xfinity Series finishes have
come at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, a track with similar
characteristics.

Mason Massey Quote:

“Going to Tucson is going to be a lot of fun. It’s a place where track
position really matters and that puts a lot of focus on doing everything
right as a team. BMR has been strong at these bullring tracks over the
years and our NAPA Auto Care Chevrolet has had speed every time we’ve
unloaded this year. If we can execute all night, we should be in a good
spot to contend for another trophy.”
