SRO Motorsports America brought world-class GT racing back to Birmingham for the second consecutive year. Previously part of the INDYCAR weekend, SRO took center stage at Barber Motorsports Park where fans were able to see elite manufacturers like Acura, Aston Martin, BMW, Chevrolet, Ferrari, Ford, Mercedes-AMG, Porsche, Toyota, and more.
The feature GT World Challenge America powered by AWS race in the UAB Medicine GT World Alabama benefiting Teal Wings of Hope event was a three-hour contest featured multiple lead changes, but AF Corse USA ultimately prevailed to claim its second victory of the season at Barber Motorsports Park in Round 6.
Round 7 concludes the series October 9-11th at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
